Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. We allow customers to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs only once (including return shipping); no restocking fees will be charged to the consumer for returns. Orders are typically processed within seven business days.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so before the item is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted; however, customers may request a return and refund, which we will process within seven days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.
