Place the tray flat and upside down in the freezer for approximately 11 hours.

Pour & Spread
Pour a chilled mixture onto the frozen surface and spread it evenly with the tools.

Scrape & Roll
Allow the mixture to set for 3–5 minutes, then scrape forward to form rolls and serve.
Best-result tip: Keep the ingredients chilled and work soon after removing the tray from the freezer.
